The woman's head comes off.

Just as the woman pulled again on your head... she became disorientated as her own head fell off and hit the ground. "Ouch!!" the woman exclaimed, then she became aware of the situation as she looked up at her own body, which she could still control. "OH MY GOD!!" she shrieked, starting to panic.

"Hah! Now whose head has come off?" you laughed, as her body let go of your head and started flailing around.

Sarah also found the sight rather amusing. You decided to have more fun with the woman, since she was such a bitch.
