You announce you are going after Kira

"Gentlemen of Interpol" you begin with. " I have taken a particular interest in the Kira case and will be conducting an investigation myself." You announce. " I shall need the co-operation of the Japanese police force on this matter. I suspect that Kira may be somewhere in Japan," you conclude. Murmurs fly around the room, questions like why Japan and how did you conclude that. You ignore them and begin to explain your plan to confirm whether Kira really is in Japan and just possibly, narrow down the search area.
