Blaze walked through the dense forest known as (appropriately she noted as a pile of leaves hit her in the face) Leaf Storm. The reason? None in particular. Just curiosity, really. When you move at blistering speeds in an attempt to save the world as fast as possible, you don't get the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding sights. So Blaze was doing that now.
Blaze sighed in content. The breeze was nice, the air was warm, and the sound of nature was inviting. And best of all, no stupid smiling robots hanging around to mess it up. She stretched a bit as she walked, feeling without care. Then, she realized, she was starting to feel peckish.
"Hungry." she said to herself. "Hmm... it seems like a waste of time to run back to the city for a small bit to eat. I wonder if there's any fruit around here?" As if to answer her, a piece of fruit fell right in front of her. She looked at the orange, pear-like fruit before her, then looked up at the tree that was producing more. Blaze picked up the fruit, a little hesitant.
"Well... I asked. Might as well." She took a bite of the soft skin of the fruit, and moaned a little from the sweet taste. Within thirty seconds Blaze had eaten the entire thing. She liked the juice off of her fingers in a most satisfied way.
