This choice: "I guess it couldn't hurt to grow a little." • Go Back...Chapter #5A little growth goes a long way by: Mr.person   Mei thought for a while. She always did looked up to her older, bigger sister, and she always felt that maybe she would like to be bigger then her. She looked up to Konoka with her final decision.
"I made my mind, Konoka-san."
"What is your answer?"
"I..would like to be bigger."
Konoka was happy to hear that. And even though Setsuna was kind of worried about her decision, she didn't stop her request to be bigger. Konoka then put her down and looked at Negi.
"Will you do the honor, Negi-kun?" Konoka asked.
"Well, if it's okay with her, then I'll do it", the mage replied.
Negi then drew a circle around Mei and chanted a spell. The light surrounded the circle and he pointed the wand towards the worried girl. The tip of the wand glowed a faint light, then Negi spoke the key words.
"Incresco Tantus!"
The light on the tip of the wand glowed and shot at Mei. The light engulfed her and faded away in a few minutes. She didn't know if the magic worked until she felt something tingling around her body. First, her hair grew, then her legs grew larger. The rest of her body then started to grow until she was 20 feet taller. Mei was a little scared about the new height, but also excited by the new surroundings as well.
"Welcome to the group, Mei-chan", Konoka said.
"How do you feel?" Setsuna asked the shy giantess.
"Well....I'm a little scared, but I'm also really astonished by the surroundings", Mei said as she then looked at negi. "Thank you, Negi-sensei."
"No problem at all", he replied, looking a little bit worried by a third giantess.
After Negi and others had a talk, they heard the noise of a dropped object. Negi looked around, and it was Takane!. Her mouth was hung open as she was surprised at Mei's new height. She then looked at Negi with some confusion.
"Negi..wha..what's going on here? What happened to her?!"
"Well..I.." Negi tried to explain.
"Is this your doing?!"
She grabbed Negi's collar and swayed him up and down to get him to spill it out, but Mei stopped her by putting her finger at Negi's back. Takane then looked up at her..
"Mei, what is this?" Takane asked Mei, still feeling taller than her despite the height difference.
"Sis...this was my intention", Mei confessed.
Takane was shocked as Mei continued to talk.
"I always looked up to you, but I wanted to see what it would be like to see if I were bigger than you."
Takane stood there in awe as then looked at Negi.
"I want you to make me bigger", she asked of he young mage.
"Huh?" Negi mumbled.
"Make me bigger Negi, or you will be turned to an ermine!" she warned him.
She looked at Negi with a fairly scary set of eyes. He had to decide now whether or not to make Tekane big..  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
