Call for Mommy

"Hey!" you said, "Giant foxie wady!? Me need diapie change!"
The fox came in, saying, "I don't know why you called me a giant fox lady, I'm your mother, but fine, I'll change you."
And the enormous fox-lady picked you up and lay you on a giant change table.

She took off your overalls, then your diaper.
You blushed at this stranger seeing you naked from the waist down, and then she began to wipe you.
When that was done, she powdered you, put a new diaper on you, and put your overalls back on.
"There now", she said, "All done."

What happens now?
