Follow the directions to the Lost and Found

You decide to look in the Lost and Found, after all, your wallet is definitely lost.

You walk around, observing the scenery. You seem to be walking through a small town, although everybody is fat, with the exception of a few normal-sized people; no one is skinny, and they seem to be dressed as babies: lots of onesies, diapers, baby bonnets, etc.

Finally, you arrive at the lost and found.
"I lost my wallet," you say.
Does the person have a wallet?
