Alex shrinks them!

Alex thinks about it, and believes this is weird a joke of some kind. So he looks around to see the area if there is anyone nearby interesting enough to try to shrink. Alex looks around and observes two appealing choices. First, Alex sees three attractive young white girls who are between the ages of 8 to 10 years old playing in a neighbor’s backyard, and the girls are all dressed in swimsuits. In addition to the three girls, a cute young white boy who is around the same age as the girls is playing with them. The second choice is a young white couple who are currently walking down a street. Alex concentrates, and with the power of the necklace, a surprised Alex shrinks whom down first?
