Besides the white dragon, you see two others on either side of it, a stocky red one and a slender blue-green one. The white one's paw clenches on you and pulls you close to it's body. The trio stretches their wings and take flight. They climb high into the the air, so high even the birds looked like specks. Despit all this, you don't scream. Sure, you feel the terror trying to get you your brain, but it's waiting in line behind awe and excitement. You feel the cold biting at your face, but the dragon's body is hot enough to keep your's warm. You pull up your shirt in an attempt to keep your face warm. The aqua colored dragon flies closer and watches you rubbing your cheeks to warm them up. It grunts at the white dragon, and the three fly lower until the air warms up to a tolerable level. The white one looks back at you. "Err, thanks?, you stammer uncertainly. Can dragon's even understand humans? Apparentley so, since it nodded and turned it's attention forward again.
A half hour or so later, they came upon a small cluster of mountains. This seemed to be their destination. They circled down until they came to a large cave 2/3 of the way up. The white dragon set you down and went into a chambe in the back. The other two lay down and watched you. You decide to have a look around. The main cave seemed natural, but the attached caves were obviously carved by something, maybe claws or other rocks. A pile of bones, fur, and antlers lay near the entrance, probably a recent meal of deer. A large room with shallow, bowl-like depression was filled with leaves, animal fur and feathers, and what looked like shed skin. Maybe this was the dragon's bed? The wierdest find should have been the most ordinary, a typical, human bed. What did a dragon need a bed for? At that moment, a low growl emenates behind you. You turn on your heels to face it.
The white dragon looks down at you, and despite your complete lack of dragon emotions and body language, you feel like it won't hurt you. It lifts it's paw to reveal a rough wooden box, which it pushes towards you. You open it to find a steel chain necklace. Shards of volcanic glass decorate it, and a large, sharp tooth, probably a dragon tooth, hangs from the center, covered in strange runes. You put the necklace on and look up at the dragon. Nervously, you say,"Um, thank you for the necklace, er, dragon." Your welcome, human a strong yet feminine voice in your mind says. You jump in shock. "What the hell, who was that?!" That was me, human the voice says, and the dragon taps it's claws. "Wait...the dragon," you ask, confused. Yes, the dragon, and I would prefer you call me by my name. "Well, what's you name?" My name is Mayla, human, and if you would tell me your name so I do not have to keep calling you that? "My name is Kim" Kim. rather ordinary, I think, but where am I to judge human names. The dragon chortled in her throat, a rumbling growl. "Um, Miss Mayla, may I ask why you, well, kidnapped me?" Mayla stopped laughing and lowered her neck to look you in the eye. Just Mayla, and I kidnapped you because I have several problems. My mate abandoned me recently for another female, and I am nearly ready to lay my eggs. My eggs need to be watched over, and my belly needs to be filled. You can solve at least one of those problems. You gulp. "Aren't I a bit small for you?" Yes, but your meat would keep me full for months if I go into a hibernative state. I would prefer to have you as an egg-sitter, than as a meal though, so I will let you choose.
