Suzi's new toy

This is really neat, Suzi thinks as she holds the gun in her hands. She looks at all the different options, and there are so many things she can do that she can barely keep everything straight. She already knows it works, but she didn't have much time to enjoy it. With the setting still on "shrink," she points the gun at a desk and fired, watching it dwindle to probably no more than a couple inches high. Just for fun, she steps on it too. It turns out not to break, though she does scuff it up a little. Interesting.

Next Suzi points at a plant in the corner, a fern or something. She turns the gun to "grow" and then watches it grow up and up until the plant starts brushing against the ceiling. She keeps it growing until the pot becomes almost as tall as her, and the plant itself slides over most of the ceiling. This is really neat.

She points at a standard folding chair and enlarges that too, making it comically oversized. She then notices a microscope over by the side wall, and decides to try transforming it into something. Switching the setting on the gun, she fires at the microscope in hopes of turning it into an iPod. Sure enough, there's a new iPod sitting on the counter. This is REALLY neat. She reaches over to pick it up, but has another thought and fires again. Just as she'd hoped, the iPod turns into a frog. It hops off the counter and starts bouncing around the room. Suzi looks again at the gun in amazement. Is there nothing she couldn't do?

She walks out of the office, ready to head out for the day. Some dude she works for sees her walk out of the office, and asks her what she was doing in there. "Nothing," Suzi responds, and continues walking. He gives her a quizzical look and looks into the room as Suzi walks away.

She spends a few minutes at her desk shutting down her computer and gathering her things, but when she looks up she sees a group of coworkers standing together, talking quietly and pointing at her. One of them notices her attention and speaks. "Suzi, what the hell was going on in Dr. Marks' office? The plant is huge, the desk is gone, the chair is big too, and that frog wasn't there before. Something is up."

Well, thinks Suzi, looks like you're not getting away with this so easily. She wonders, though, what the best way is to get out of this. If they know about the gun's powers, she could threaten to shrink all of them; they'd probably be too scared to stop her. One of them would probably call the police though, so maybe she should just go ahead and shrink all of them. Of course, then people are bound to notice when so many people in the office go missing.
