Chris seems to be able to talk normally

...Chris said: "I don't feel well at all, Tails! I don't like being this small, or having feathers! Was your device supposed to turn me into a bird?"

"No," Tails answered. "It was supposed to turn you into a Babylonian. I have no idea how you ended up like that!"

"Well, could you please turn me back to normal? I don't want to be a bird anymore!" pleaded Chris.

"I'll try," said Tails. Placing bird-Chris inside the machine again, Tails closed the door and attempted to turn him back into a human.

But did he succeed?
