The choice was simple. Conker decided to just leave the area the same way he did not too long ago. He smiled and slowly approached the water. "Wait!" He heard Birdy call out.
Conker slowly turned around. "What is it, Beardy? I got to get home."
Birdy looked angry. "No, Birdy. I scare birdies! I was gonna warn yeh about deh water, but with dat tone, I'm not gonna tell yeh. Unless, yeh got some Mexipax." Birdy said with a grin.
Conker sighed and turned around. "Sorry, don't have any Mexipax, Birdy." Conker said as he stepped into the water.
Slowly, Conker swam out to the ledge that stood over the waterfall, being careful about how rapid the current got as he got closer to the edge. He figured that's what Birdy was trying to warn him about, so he took caution.
Though it didn't seem so dangerous, the squirrel was approaching the edge pretty easily with no troubles from the current. What else could Birdy have been trying to warn him about?
