Big, fat dragon-orca thing

You decide to stay put. Someone might find you, and you're exhausted anyway.

You decide to have a short nap, and wake up sometime later feeling much rested. You draw your name in the sand, and eventually get bored of that.

You're just about to get up and explore when the surf suddenly crashes and a huge creature comes out of the sea.

It looks like a dragon, but also like an orca. It is incredibly blubbery, and its fat tongue was hanging out of its mouth.

You get up to run, when it suddenly speaks.

"Help...me...."

You stop, and stare.

"Help...me.." It repeats. You decide to answer.

"How?" you say, a bit wary, but also aroused by the creatures hugeness and bulk.

It takes a while to respond." I am injured." it wheezes.

"Injured how?"

It lowers its head a bit."I'm not sure." it says. "I just have this terrible pain..."

"Where is the pain?" you say slowly, like talking to a toddler.

"I don't know. Can you help me? Can you find where the pain is?" it says, eyes desperate.

"Emm... I'm not sure... But i can try."

You go up to it, and look it over.

"Can you roll over please?" you ask.

It obeidiently lowers its huge body, and you decide to "inspect" it.

You have the following choices:

1. "Inspect" its head/mouth

2. "Inspect" its lower regions
