So far, so good. No suspicions raised, no questions asked, and the girl of your dreams is aware of your existence now. No point in pushing it. You decide to stay with the plan you set.
Okay, you are in pretty decent shape now and it is spring break. Living in Florida you decide to go to the beach for a day. At the beach with a few friends, you lay out in the sun wearing sun tan lotion. About an hour after you arrive Lexi and a bunch of girls come down on the beach - what a coincidence! You want to make a move but then you remember her boyfriend who is with her.
Oh, by the way, Lexi's boyfriend is 6 feet tall, 240 lbs, and has 19 inch arms among other things. A really big jock, not outrageous, but built like she likes them. He is a freshman in college home for spring break. All you can do is look on and be jealous since it is going to take some time to get to that point.
Still, some of the attractive woman come over and initiate a conversation with you. You are not bad to look at, and taking away Lexi's boyfriend, you are one of the most built men in the area. You decide to go on a date with Angela. Angela is also attractive, but cannot hold a candle to Lexi. While the date goes well, it makes you realize you cannot settle for second best... so the date does not lead to a follow-on date.
At the end of junior year you are now a 210 lbs. weightlifter and with a thirty pound weight gain, you are bigger than you ever have been. Your waist is about 32 inches, your chest is 47 inches, you thighs are 27 inches, your calves are 17.5 inches as are your arms. You have a built body - just not huge yet. That will be next year. Your lifts have increased a lot now. You have added 90 lbs to your bench press, so now you can incline as much as 275 lbs. for six reps, and flat bench 315 for six reps - which is some serious weight! Squats are a heavy 365 for six reps, and arms are now curling 135 for ten reps, 145 for six reps.
Now it is summer time and you have a decision to make - you are going away for the summer do you want to spurt your growth of the next stage or keep to the plan?
