Nick could see Heather struggling in her clothing. She slowly crawled out of her shirt - she appeared to only be around a foot tall.
"Nick! What happened to me?"
"I - I don't know. I guess when the bug bit you it - it shrunk you." Nick looked down at his tiny wife. He couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"Don't leave me hear, pick me up!" Heather yelled. Nick awkwardly reached down and wrapped his hand around her - he felt like king kong.
"What do we do now?" Heather asked - she felt safe in Nick's hand.
"I don't know - call the police? go to the hospital?"
"Nick, we can't tell anyone! This is embarrassing. Take me inside, let's get on the internet. We'll try to find out what exactly happened."
"Small problem hon, we won't have internet until tomorrow when the technician comes by to turn it on."
Heather began to cry. "This will not ruin my first night of living in my new home with my new husband!" She yelled. "We will go in this house, we will spend the night, and we will have a good time!"
"Are you sure Heather, I mean, are you sure we shouldn't go the hospital?"
"Nick, I feel fine. I'm just small. And I'm with you, and that's all that matters. We'll do the research tomorrow, and then go to the hospital."
"Okay, you're right. We're together, that's what matters."
Nick walked into the house, his tiny wife in his right hand.
