Almost as soon as the towering pile of Chili Dogs arrived in front of the hungry hedgehog they were gone in a mess of loud, disgusting bites and debris flying everywhere.
"... More." Was the most Sonic could muster, patting his stomach as he licked his mouth clean for any left over chili.
"You sure you don't want to cut back a bit, boy? I know they're your favorite and all but you're gonna haf'ta watch how fast your run to avoid getting the cramps!" Chuck mused.
"Well I guess I'll just walk for once to compensate! TRIPLE my last order!"
A few moments later, Sonic's back at tearing away at each chili dog, not even seeming to notice (or simply not caring) about the sizable gut that was starting to stick out of him, or the storm he was farting up behind. If he wasn't such a high-profile star he'd probably of already been kicked out. By the time he'd finished his current order, a third order of Chili Dogs, an entire cake and a keg of soda, it was hard to believe speed was meant to be the hedgehog's 'thing'.
He was huge.
His entire lower body seemingly eating up half the booth he was eating at, while his stomach seemed to sandwich the table in a sea of furry flab, the hedgehog had somehow managed to quadruple his weight in a time span of a few hours. Not to mention completely soak the diner's floor in his sweat, stain the chair he was sitting at a faint brown and burped obnoxiously loud enough to crack a few windows. Not that he seemed to care, of course.
"That'll have to do... Ugh, since when've these booths been so SMALL?" Wedging himself out, his entire body quaking with every hevay footstep he took, Sonic gave his farewells to a bewildered Chuck and continued his way home, rubbing his jigglying gut contently as it only started to slowly dawn on him just how huge a change he'd taken.
