Steak steak, and more steak!

Knuckles mulled over his choices for awhile and called up the waitress to order his food.

"Five plates of steak ma'am!" Knuckled grinned, flexing his massive chest and biceps. "A body like this can only get bigger with tons of protein~!"

In a few minutes, the waitress returned with all five plates in hand. After thanking the woman, the starved Echidna started ravaging the food. Each meaty, succulent morsel of steak was quickly inhaled into Knuckles' gaping maw. He reclined into his seat after finishing the last steak with a large belch that seemed to shake the restaurant. Rubbing his stomach, he looked down in mild surprise to find....
