Blowing it off.

"Haha, what're you talking about Jenn?" Dave's body said as it got up and walked into the kitchen. "Please Dave!" Dave pleaded with his body. "Fine, what'd you want me to say? I wish you had bigger breasts or something?" his body replied, not even listening to him.

Dave saw the room spin again and looked down to see Jenn's C-cup breasts grow into Double D's.
