He sucked it all in pit his tight shirt on and headed down to the beach with Pheobe and Rachel.
When they got to the beach Ross took his shirt off forgeting to suck it in he noticed the 3 rolls of flab and quickly sucked it in luckly no one saw him.
After being at the beach for 2 hours with Rachel and Pheobe at his side at all times he hadn't been able to let his gut out at all and didn't know how much longer he could suck it in he was talking to them and could keep it in no longer he quickly turned around and let it all hang out but because of all the pressure on his swim shorts they unfastened but they still stayed up because they were so tight around his thighs.
By now Pheobe and Rachel had noticed they started giggiling Ross told them to shut up and help him refasten them they pulled and pulled but it was a no go....
