Not wanting to die at the hands of a cartoon character, you walked down the Anthro path. You remembered one rule that seemed to go forall cartoons involving Anthro characters...
Those that seek trouble or are rude will be punished and will not be able to retaliate.
Sure, there were exceptions here and there, but you could avoid them by simply being polite and apologizing.
It didn't take long before you reached another split. The signs read 'civilization' and 'wilderness'
Down the Civilization path lead to what looked like either a town or a city. It was hard to determine from this spot. Your memories of the cartoons that took place in towns or cities let you know that if you were polite and didn't try to force anyone to do anything they didn't want to would let you go unharmed. However, you, on the other hand, could easily be taken advantaged of by Toons that had less-than-noble intentions and they had a good chance at getting away with it.
The wilderness path vanished into the woods, though it seemed like there was a lake with a river leading away from it. The cartoons you recalled taking place in the wild gave you the knowledge that you could be a bit more forceful than in the city, but not by much. In the city, you had protection whenever the law was around. In the wild, you did not have that. If you ticked off the wrong being, you could run, but it had a chance of you getting caught and beaten up, unless you somehow aroused a female anthro in the wild. Then you'd be winding up in a shotgun marriage.
Too bad for you, a warning sign had been smashed to pieces and hidden. If it hadn't been, you'd know that within a few hours, it would be ladies' night and you'd be at the mercy of any female.
