Melissa couldn't believe that she hadn't found the spellbook earlier. She had been in the tower for a month and a half, and was sure that she had scoured the bookshelf throughly. Yet there it was, sitting right on her bookshelf as if it had been there all along.
The book was big and thick, like an enormous yearbook. Melissa stroked its worn leather spine as she drew it from the shelves and opened it on her table. The letters on the pages swirled and glowed, spinning in incomprehenible circles. It made Melissa dizzy to focus on them, but as she did, they began to form sentences.
"Seventh Princess of the Seven Silver towers, behold the spellbook Suma Khan." the letters spelled. "In us is the power to do almost anything, you need only focus on the spell you wish to cast, and the proper incantation will make itself plan to you. Life, death, time, and space, the Suma Khan holds sway over all, but with one limitation. Our magic only functions inside the walls of your tower, the seventh tower of the golden palace. Any spells we cast will not be affected, but take us outside of the tower, and we will be no more than an old, dusty book."
Melissa took her eyes away from the book to consider the possiblities. She couldn't believe she hadn't found this book sooner, it would have made the last month and a half a lot more fun. First things first though, she turned back to the book. She had an idea for her first wish.
Melissa waited for the letters to spell what she needed, then read the words aloud. "reflectus directous!"
A beautiful, full body mirror appeared on the wall across from Melissa. This whole time in the tower so far, she had not be able to admire her new body. What she saw stunned her.
Before, in the old world, Melissa had been fat, around 350 lumpy pounds. Most of her weight was in her big, soggy gut, leaving her breasts small, shapeless and droopy, and her butt flat and saggy. She had suffered from a little acne on her jowely face that she kept framed with simple, short brown hair and thick, red glasses. Now though, as she looked at her reflection, everything was different.
She was taller than she remembered, but maybe that was because she was so much thinner. Gone were her glasses and acne; in fact, now her smooth skin was nearly perfect. Her hair was now long, blonde, and thick, bound up in a ornate braid that stopped at about the middle of her back. Then, of course, there was the rest of her body.
Lean and toned, Melissa could not believe that she looked like this even after a month of doing nothing in the tower. She rubbed her hands gently over her stomach, it was flat and slightly sculpted with muscle. Turning, she admired her rear. Shapely and atheltic, her firm behind stuck out teasingly from her thin back and waist. Her arms were fit and toned, her legs long and lean.
She spun again and looked at her chest. Melissa frowned slightly. Her boobs looked good enough, she supposed. Firm and round, her purple dress shoved up what was probably a pair of b-cups, creating a nice line of clevage. Still, even when Melissa was fat, she had always wanted larger breasts.
She smiled and thought of the spellbook. She could certainly do something about her breasts now. As she walked over to it though, she saw a small scroll next to the book. . .
