Jessie pulled out a pair of toothbrushes and waved them in front of Delia. "Ready to beg for mercy yet?" Just then Ash and Pikachu jumped out of the bushes and shocked Jessie away with a thunderbolt. "Mom, are you OK? What did they do to you?" Ash inquired. "Don't worry, I'm fine. Quick, get me out of these bonds." Ash freed his mom and they quickly strapped Jessie in her place.
"We better make sure that she doesn't go off and cause more trouble" said Delia looking at her thoughtfully. "And I think I know just how too."
She pulled off Jessie's left boot with some difficulty, revealing her beautifully manicured feet and her toes that were painted purple and red just like her hair. Jessie's toes curled when they felt the cold. Delia grinned thinking about all the fun she would be having with them soon.
Jessie came to and found that her arms were strapped down, then she looked around and realized the situation she was in.
"Hey honey." Delila said sweetly. "You said that one toothbrush was your worst experience...I wonder how you will hold up against two?" She held up a toothbrush and handed the other one to Ash.
"Oh, no!" Jessie was sweating and trying to grin confidently. "Believe me, if you pick a fight with Team Rocket you will even regret that you..." But she couldn't continue because Delia dealt a blow with the brush on her big toe and all of her arrogance was gone in a second. In a moment it fully dawned on her what was going to happen and that her enemies really were intending to go through with this.
"No! Don't! I don't want it! NOOOOOOO!" she screamed. Ignoring her yelling, the Ketchums started scrubbing her feet with the brushes. Jessie howled. She stretched her body and was hauling her arms to no avail. But when they began running them under her toes even Jessie's remaining resistance melted. She collapsed into her seat giggling miserably.
"You were so into it not so long ago, did you get...Cold feet?" Delia teased. The answer was only frenzied laughter.
Delia stopped for a second and Jessie looked up with tearful eyes.
"Please. Please let me go." Jessie wailed.
"Oh honey. You think that trick is gonna work?"
"It's not a triIIICK" Jessie was tearing up again out of desperation but then Delia started scrubbing her feet again and once again she was just laughing like a fool.
"Two hours right? What do you say we break the record?"
"Mom, is this alright?" "Sure it is! It is to discourage her from stealing ever again."
