Your heart hit's your throat as you sail gracelessly through the air. You barely have the time to take the breath to yell out before you land face up in a pile of laundry; the force driving you well into the center.
"Damn it, Tulip!" you yell as your heart rate returns to normal after your fall; not that you're heard as your voice barely penetrates the cloth surrounding you. A quick whiff of scent hits you; sweat and old perfume. Great, guess that rules out the chance of this being clean laundry.
Shit, your Mom may have left it in the living room until after breakfast; but breakfast will end soon and everything in the basket, you included, will end up in the washing machine very soon after.
With that in mind you start crawling. You can see as light penetrates the cloth around you; however you can't actually see a way out and you realize that you may actually be climbing deeper into somebody's shirt or pants or... well... But you realize you can't focus on that. The only way out is to keep moving. So you climb and climb until finally, you catch a glimpse of the couch. Yes! You're almost there!
And just as you finally reach your hand into the outside air again your entire world shudders as your Mom picks up the basket and begins carrying it and your view of the couch briefly becomes a spectacular view of your Mom's cleavage before the movement of the basket causes you to slide back into the clothing and out of sight.
Noooo! You scream as you finally stop sliding and realize that you must climb quickly to avoid some extreme unpleasantness. Frantically you begin to climb, using one of Tracy's thongs as a sort of ladder. You're close, you can feel it. You're almost free again!
