Okay, let's have a couple more scenarios, which I shall elaborate:
VR
You have been privately working on a virtual reality system for a rather large company. Late one night, you decide to test it in order to verify that all of its basic systems are working. Unbeknownst to you, however, the VR system was much more advanced than you thought it was when you created it, and has somehow managed to obtain sapience. As the apparatus needed to integrate oneself into the system had been designed by you to also function as a limited life-support system should something to catastrophically wrong during testing, the VR system can force you to remain within itself for as long as it wants, as it seems to have a thing for you, it's creator.
Knowing that you can't be harmed inside the simulation, the system decides to have a bit of fun, and ends up going splendidly overboard.
Last
You are the last human being. You're not quite sure what happened or how it happened, but every other human being is gone. In addition, titanic furries have appeared. Despite their huge size, they are mostly gentle beings that find you very interesting. However, the empty cities that were once populated by mankind are proving to be a drain on possible living space. And with no one living on them, why not have some fun and rampage for an hour of two in order to produce some hopefully fertile land, in addition to a large quantity of salvageable materials? Hell, they even let you watch!
(This scenario will be building destruction only, with the main character watching the 'rampages'.)
