Suddenly, you feel the fabric of the onesie stretching out, because you're getting fatter by the second! Your belly, butt, and breasts all grow big, round, and soft until they're giant balls of lard attached to your skinny body. You get fatter and fatter until you estimate you weigh over 300 lbs.
