Twenty Times Ticklish!

You spray the ticklon on the Lugia's feet. It shivers ever so slightly. It must be quite cold. Then you take two feathers, one in each hand and start stroking both of Lugia's soles. It automatically went into major hysterias and kept on thrashing about. Tears were flooding from its eyes as the ticklon made his feet twenty times more ticklish. The Lugia was in such a hysteria that it seemed as if it were in agony. Still, you have an assignment to do.
