On the streets of New York the costumed Heroine Patty Walker aka Hellcat was on patrol. Tonight she had already stopped a few muggings. But now the Shocker was trying to rob a bank. She was able to get to the seen on time.
“Look what the cat dragged in,” said Shocker.
“Stop now before I’m forced to hurt you Shocker,” replied Hellcat.
“You hurt me? That makes me laugh.” He then fired his sonic blasters at her and it hit her. She didn’t have time to move and she fell awkwardly. But she was done for about a minute.
When she came back up she saw that Spider-Man had come and defeated Shocker. She wasn’t too happy with herself and she just walked away. She was upset with herself and she thought that she was pretty lame.
“I don’t mind being defeated by Dr Doom or even Magneto,” she said. “But Shocker. He’s gotta be one of the lamest super villains of all time. Maybe I should give up being Hellcat.”
Just then there was man in the shadows. He watched Hellcat he called her attention.
“I hear your little predicament,” he said.
“What do you want?”
“To help you.”
