"I'd really like to go around and see some of the camp." Matt said with a smile. There was such a good atmosphere here smiling was natural to say the lest.
"Well why don't I take you down to the lake and you can use that fishing line. We have some beautiful scenery down there."
"I'd love that."
"Who knows, maybe you'll be the one to catch the cosmic trout." he said with a chuckle.
"The cosmic trout?" Matt asked, his curiosity peaked.
"Yeah. It's a stupid old legend people have spread around here forever. There's supposed to be this special trout that if you catch it, it'll grant you three wishes."
"Only three? That's original." He said laughing.
"Who knows, I personally don't think it's true but some people out here really go for it."
On the dock
Matt realed in his line, once again he had caught nothing. He didn't really care though. Russ had brought them down some sandwiches that Tim, the chef had made for them and they were good. Matt didn't even know how many he had eatten, nor did he care. The thought of his stomach was taking priority. Him and Russ stayed on the dock for a long time staring at the view and eatting. Before too long the sandwiches were gone and Russ had to go and refill the platter. Matt looked down to see the damage and saw that his belly had bowed out a bit over his belt. He rubbed it feeling it's hard surface and curious texture. Oddly enough, he still felt hungry. It was as if he had eatten nothing at all.
