You're seven years old and this tiger says she wants to eat you. So, you do what all seven year olds would do--go get mommy. You are out of your room before Sheela can make it off the bed. You run down the long hallway towards your mother's room. You could hear Sheela chasing you. You get to your mom's room, open the door and enter the room and then slam the door. The slamming of the door jerks your mother awake.
"What is it?" asked your mother.
"My tiger came to life and said it wanted to eat me!" you say. Your mother is still groggy, but she just smiles at you.
"Mom, didn't you hear me?" you ask. "that big tiger--"
"The name's Sheela" said Sheela, coming into the room. Your mother rushes to Sheela and shakes her paw! WHAT'S HAPPENING?!
"Long time no see, Janet" said Sheela.
"It's been too long, Sheela" saids your mother. You are at a loss for words. This makes Sheela turn to you and grin.
"I did say that I had a little girl that I used to eat" said Sheela. "and that little girl is standing before us"
"But--" you stammer.
"Sheela has been in the family for a while" saids your mother. "My grandmother's mother had Sheela!"
"Wow" you say.
"I've been eating your family for the past 100 years" said Sheela, who grins. "and you are now on the menu"
"How did you...?" you start to ask.
"...come to life?" finishes Sheela. "well, I really don't remember. Do you remember your own birth?"
The only answer to that is no. You know it, you mom knows it and Sheela knows it.
"So, I suggest we go down stairs and cover this boy in mustard" said Sheela, licking her lips. "I'm hungry!"
"It isn't as bad as you think it is" said your mom. "I did the same as you when Sheela said she wanted to eat me--ran to my mother"
