A thunderous roar shakes the floor as Phil cuddles into cat’s fur. Phil jumps up half asleep and looks around. “Did you feel and hear that?! It felt like an earthquake and thunderstorm, but the sky outside is…. Clear?” Phil shook as reality hit him. It wasn’t ether of those things, but the grumbling coming from cat’s stomach confirmed it.
Phil gulped in fear and slowly backed away. “ Good cat. Remember I’ve been taking care of you since kitten days. You don’t really want to eat me do you?!” Cat look down on the tiny, tasty, morsel of an owner and let out a loud meow.
Phil turned and ran as fast as he could to find cover. He almost made it to the underside of the cabinet, but a pink scratchy surface wrapped around his midsection. “No! Please don…” was all Phil could yell before he was closed inside cats mouth. Cat’s rough wet tongue became a monster all its own.
It tossed, squeezed, licked, pinned, and teased Phil as cat enjoyed the masters taste. The taste started to fade as cat poked Phil’s head out of its mouth. Phil watched in relief as his family walked in from their grocery shopping spree.
“Hey Cat, did you catch a tasty mouse just now?” Your sister baby talked as she got the groceries put away. “Sis! Hel…” was all Phil got out before Cat tilted their head back and swallowed him whole. Your. Sister looked confused as she scratched her head. “ I could have sworn I heard Phil just now. Huh? Guess I am hearing things. “
Phil squirmed and struggled on his way towards Cat’s stomach. Cat continued to purr as he felt Phil plop into the stomach and move around. Soon the scream's, movements, and banging stopped altogether. Cart was satisfied, but at the same time wished he could do it all over again. Maybe they could get another family member to taste.
