Sensitive?

You explain that you when you woke you were trapped in this room and had nothing to do with some weird jewelry. Turtelli simply ignores you and removes your left shoe, leaving you in your socks. "One last chance to tell me where it is..." You try to think something up, but your mind is a blank. "Too late." He removes your socks and grins.
"I hope your not too 'sensitive'," Turtelli laughs at his joke, as you struggle to free your now bare feet. The feather makes contact with your left foot, you grimace and try to hold in your laughter. The feather slides up and down your sole, tickling with every stroke. Your only comfort is in knowing he only has one feather.
Turtelli is expertly tickling your feet, as if he knows exactly where you are the most ticklish. You can no longer hold it in, you burst out laughing. This seems to spurn Turtelli on to tickle you even more. Your laughter reverberates in the small room, you are going crazy and he hasn't even begun to tickle your right foot.
"Do you really think that is enough to extract the information?" A second figure had appeared in the door frame. "Here let me help you." His sudden entrance causes Turtelli to stop his tickling assault, you silently thank the man for the break. The man enters wearing a cloak and hood, concealing his identity. He hands Turtelli two feather dusters and you have second thoughts about your previous gratitude. Your only hope is to...
