Samantha Weltzin is a 24-year-old felinoid (cat-person) sorceress with short, gray fur that, on the top of her head, looks much like a human hairdo. She has a set of small bifocals perched at the base of her muzzle, right between her piercingly intelligent amber eyes. She wears a red scarf with the two foot-long loose ends dangling in front.
On each arm, starting just below the elbow, she wears a long, tight, cream-colored glove, the tips of which are open, allowing her clawed fingers fresh air.
All she wears on her torso is a beige piece of cloth tied together tightly by two strings and functioning as a bra. Her chest is exposed in the front as much as is socially acceptable, while pushing the limits.
Her belly is quite visible until the point where her jeans come to. Through her belt holders, she wears another piece of cloth looking much like her scarf, but this time forest green. Her jeans are somewhat loose-fitting, suggesting that she is, despite the revealing top, somewhat sexually inaccessible (She's not a virgin, but she's picky). They go all the way down to her ankles, which are bare, as are her clawed feet.
Samantha looks somewhat anorexic, but she simply has a high metabolism.
She is into politics because she sees them as the best way to attain her goal of making everything better for everyone. She was the city manager of Coella, her hometown, until she was transported from her native plane (the Dungeons and Dragons multiverse) into that of the Starfox setting by a massive space-time rift caused by the utter annihilation of the Aparoids (taking out that many creatures who take up that much space at once is bound to violate the law of conservation of matter, which in turn causes, at least, a few astral rifts and space-time anomalies). She's had trouble coping with the culture shock (she's from a medieval time setting), but has recently become a respected political leader on Corneria.
Samantha is highly intelligent, surpassed only by her charisma. She is also almost entirely good. One little quirk she picked up, though, when she transferred to this universe, is that when she's in PMS, she tends to lose herself and attempts to eat anyone who irks her (and with PMS, this "irking" often comes from irrational causes).
