This choice: Before they can make a decision, Becky from school sees them • Go Back...Chapter #6Before they make a decision, Becky sees them by: DougTF   Drew and Jared are discussing their plan when they hear something that neither of them expected. "Hey, Jenny, Denise....glad to see you two, and hope you're still planning on coming to tryouts. We really could use a flyer with your skill Jenny" Jared, nee Jenny, is caught off guard "Oh, hey Becky, yeah, we were just talking about it, we'll be there, five tonight right?" She nods, and waves "See you there"
Drew, who is apparently now Denise coughs and sputters once she is gone "Dude, the hell? How did she know us, and by our names as girls? Like, what just happened?"
Jenny sits down on a bench, and looks up at Denise "Ok, hear me out...your control over me, it is to help me right, so you were being a bit of a smartass and turned me into a total cheer babe, when I didn't believe you, and then you turned into one as well, when I pointed out you were supposed to stay with me. But, but what if that was only part of it? You turned me into a cheerleader to join the team, which means.... reality changed? Like are we actually girls now?"
Denise laughs "Rather obviously, I mean, I...I checked down my skirt, and yeah, the normal equipment is missing, which freaks me out." Jenny shakes her head "No, dude, not that.... like if we go home, our parents, are they gonna think we are girls?" And now Denise's jaw drops "Like, wait, what?"
The two friends, newly turned into girls, go home and go into Jared's house, where Jared's mom is and she smiles "Hey girls, don't forget tryouts tonight, I am so happy you are getting involved Jenny" Jenny does a double take and mumbles "Yeah, thanks mom" and heads up to her room. Opening the door, the two girls go in, Jenny looking back out the door "That was the freakiest thing man" but she hears Denise "no...this...this is the freakiest thing" and when Jenny turns back to her room, her jaw drops once more.
The room is pink, like violently pink, with Taylor Swift stuff, and some teen magazines with cute boys on the covers, all her clothes are well, he clothes, so Jared's life has been totally overwritten with Jenny. "Shit dude, not ok, not ok! Turn me back, turn me back!" Jenny is freaking out and Denise concentrates. There is a rippling wave and Jared turns back to himself, his room back to the messy boys room with metal posters, a Kate Upton poster, everything as it was before. Denise sighs a breath of relief but is confused when Jared tells 'her' to wait. He goes out the door and comes back shortly later, laughing. "What's so funny dude?" Jared snickers and can't stop himself "My mom said it was ok if my girlfriend wanted to eat with us tonight before her practice" Denise stomps her foot "YOUR GIRLFRIEND!?!" And Jared is laughing, but Denise fumes and triggers her powers over Jared, his room and his body turn back to Jenny and 'she' turns back, sticks out her tongue "You're no fun, besides, have a cute girlfriend WOULD help me"
The two girls laugh but then sit down on the floor to consider what they should really do:   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
