At the small office space that Shannon rented in a strip mall, ‘she’ finished preparing the paperwork for the house purchase. Even as a man, Shannon could sell houses. But after discovering the power of the shapeshifting medallion, Shannon had the option of altering his appearance and selling houses as a woman.
Shannon waited for his client (Brian) to arrive. Brian was in his early 20’s and already made it big in the technology industry. Shannon purposely showed an expensive house to Brian in his female persona. Shannon was sure to point out how much a woman would like to visit the big new house. Shannon didn’t feel bad about flirting with Brian to seal the deal. The commission on selling the expensive house was huge.
Getting bored waiting for Brian, Shannon decided to have some shapeshifting fun. Shannon changed the color of her nailpolish to blue. Blue didn’t seem right, so Shannon experimented with a few other colors. Shannon finally decided a deep red was perfect. Next, Shannon looked down at her breasts. Shannon liked the way Rachel’s bra tightly held them in place. After leaving the house, Shannon always made her breasts an extra cup larger than Rachel’s. This made them perk out farther and jiggle more in front of her male clients.
Noticing Brian’s car pulling up, Shannon stopped the shapeshifting fun. Shannon stood up and straightened her skirt. Knowing Brian would soon be walking in the front door, Shannon strategically stood with her butt towards the door. She bent over and pretended to open the bottom drawer of the file cabinet. There wasn’t anything in there she needed, but Shannon knew Brian would be checking out her ass when he came in the door. Until the sale was complete, Shannon would use any advantage he could to keep Brian interested.
Hearing the front door open, Shannon stayed bent over pointing her butt out for a few moments and then finally stood up. Shannon giggled, “Oopsie…I didn’t hear you come in!” Escorting Brian to the desk, Shannon leaned forward on the desk so Brian could see down her shirt. Shannon pointed to the paperwork, “All you have to do is sign here and the sale is final. The house is yours!”
Brian was too busy trying not to stare at Shannon’s breasts. Brian snapped out of his daze and grabbed the pen. Brian signed the final document and Shannon tried to hide her excitement. Knowing how much commission this sale would make made becoming a woman worthwhile. Shannon didn’t mind walking around in heels and skirts for a few hours pretending to flirt with potential clients if he could make some money out of the deal.
Shannon gave Brian the keys to his new house and hugged him goodbye. Shannon purposely pushed her breasts into Brian’s chest for one last ‘thank you.’ Shannon knew it would drive Brian wild.
