I always wondered why no one ever made the story of Smoke on the Water into a movie.
This is the movie script at the song Smoke on the Water. it follows a the guys from Deep Purple from their inception to the Montreux Jazz Festival where they wrote and recorded the song.  it talks about the foundation of heavy metal, the new technology that let them play so loud and the intervals on the guitar that made this song so popular.  it a sense it is a true story because the facts are correct about what happened. but I was not there and i don't know any of the band members. Still it is a good story with the famous lyrics coming in at the end just in time.
