Re: catching up... again!

Oh, Lord, Fea, have you literally been tied up?! With pink fluffy handcuffs, too. My, my, child! Let's hope you were able to get to your classes, eh?!

Wow! And "wow" is all I can think to write. That's sic, tight, distant, chiller, cool, rad, etc that you have a tattoo! I've always wnated to know how bad the pain was when getting one. Thanks for the description! Was it expensive? I would never frown on you for getting a tattoo! I think they're total pieces of art. I would get some if I wasn't wary of the pain involved. I'm not sure what I would get! Probably something completely weird and wonderful, like an ostrich with a moon and star by it (which is actually a drawing I did. I really like ostriches), or a laughing mouth, or a newt, or something.

I thought that Ilona had a tattoo, too, but like you Fea, I thought I was just making that up! Loon, was it very painful for you, too?

My Valentine's Day was just like I described it in that post awhile ago. Nathan's baby chamelean died, so we took it up to the mountains and buried it there. I miss it -- it was such a sweet, smart little thing, but it wasn't growing properly and had everything wrong with it. Nathan's going to get a snake tomorrow! A red tail boa. I'm excited and apprehensive. I can just imagine it sinking its sharp teeth into my wrist, or...well, you can imagine, too! I like snakes, though.

Hey Fea, have you ever had naan? It's an Indian bread I had at an Indian restuarant and I absolutely fell in love with it. I'd like to try Indian cooking, but I'm sure I'd need a lot of speciality spices and foods to do so. I might try making naan soon, actually.

Ooo, I like your project topic! That's something I've always thought about and have slowly come to believe to be true -- that people who do certain things are usually a certain kind of person and are likely to do certain things, etc. At least...that's what I've observed in others and myself. Once I started becoming more of a liberal and getting into organic stuff and equal rights and all that, I noticed that I wanted longer hair, to wear different clothes, eat at certain restaurants, talk a certain way, have a certain attitude, etc. I know you can't really predict that someone who has bolts through their ears and nose and what have you will be rebellious, alternative, hard core, whatever, but it usually is true in my experience.

Anyway, your project fascinates me! Keep me updated on your findings.
