New Contest Announced Early
The current contest will end at noon WDC time, but because I enjoy sleep, I will announce the new contest early so there's no gap between contests. The winner(s) will be announced within a day or two.

This week, your assignment is:

Write a short story that takes place in the future.

The story can be any genre, no more than 2k words, any rating...just keep the intro rating 13+. You MUST also include a key of some sort in your story.
