To me it's a pretty limiting question a bit like the last one. Granted you don't have to impersonate anyone per se but at the same time without a mind there's not much you can do. You certainly couldn't be an athlete if you don't know how to play sports, if you're a guy good luck being a girl, school subjects might be hard if you've long forgotten them, etc. That's to say nothing of the fact you'd have no identity or forms of ID which prevents you from doing a lot of things.
Something like this would really only work as a very short term (like maybe a day) thing.
That said, removing the logical impossibilities of living as a non-person if I had to pick three people... maybe Stephanie Wyatt, Leah Simmons and Jenny Ashton. As a guy I'd want to experience something different but something like that might come out tomboyish which could excuse feminine inadequacies. I'd probably cozy up with some of the athletes... probably Catherine and her crowd. Seems like it'd be a safe bet with little questions since Catherine seems very laid back.
