That's easy enough to do now with the 8-digit passkey for 8-letter words or phrases. For longer words/phrases, just specify which 8 letters of the answer should be used; for example, first letters of each word, last letters of each word, first 8 letters of the answer, last 8 letters of the answer, even letters, odd letters, every 3rd letter - whatever.
After they figure out the clue in word(s), they could "code" the word(s) into numbers.
