Jessica, I'm so sorry to hear about everything that has happened to you. Misdiagnosis is awful; more awful are the people who label you without any business or medical background to do so.
I literally grind my teeth when people use "bipolar" to describe someone who just happens to be angry at some given moment. And in terms of your manager including a diagnosis and a suggestion for medication...I don't know where you live, but I was a director of HR, and your manager would have been toast if you'd come to me. That is not ever acceptable. Yes, we sometimes need to tactfully approach a difficult conversation - not generally at the time she did it - but NEVER like that.
And then to talk about it to someone else? OMG. I can't even form words to describe how I would deal with that behaviour.
