I dunno how the end could be different than how I read it really. Is it that emphatic "But wait! There's more!"? That's an infomercial thing, so the rhythm and inflection are... well, how the infomercials always say it. "We'll give you all this crap. But wait! There's more! If you order right now, we'll throw in these other things no one needs!"
My accent is a pretty mixed bag really. I guess "non-regional" with a touch of Maine (New England) and a touch of Midwest?
At any rate, that's twice in one night that I've been told I have a nice accent. Usually, people pick up on a few weirdly pronounced words and ask where I'm from... suspicious-like. That's about it. If you talk Lyn into doing one of these, she probably sounds much more like I used to. Actually, I'd bet she sounds a fair bit like my mom.
