One of the characters starts digging a flower bed and leaves the shovel out and another character steps on it causing it to fly up and hit them in the head so hard they die. It's an option!

Edit: My daughter suggested that you force two of the characters into a situation where they have to talk to each other and cooperate you know... A near by dam breaks and the only way they can get out of the way of the flood waters would be to cooperate. It's either that or die. Either way you win. LOL
