Noticing Newbies

Hi. My name is Rebecca but I go by my pen name Raydyn World. I had been looking for a good writing website and found this one. I've enjoyed my time here so far and thought I would introduce myself and tell a little about me.

I will be 22 on May 20th. I have been writing since before I can remember. I have been making up stories since I was little and I owe it to my great grandmother. She used to look at these pictures book with me. First she would tell the story based off the pictures then we would start over and I would tell a different story based on the same book. I truly believe this is were my loving for story telling began. I don't know how I would survive in life if I wasn't able to write.

I write all different types of stories. I have written three YA novels (none have been published yet) and countless short stories. I also write, and mostly publish on here, poetry. I write Children's books, Middle Grade novels, horror/thrillers, and mystery and suspense stories. I write songs as well, not the actually music but the lyrics and I can sing them all.

Other than writing my time consist of taking care of my animals. I have five dogs named Kade, Mac, Toby, Keeper, and Gracie. I also have five barn cats named Dewey, Maple, Lenny, Pierre, and Sugar Bear and a horse named Windy. They all are rescues expect Windy. I hope to open an animal shelter one day that focuses on helping animals that are about to be euthanized. I want to name it Phantom's Mission, after my first dog who I lost about seven years ago.

I also enjoy photography, reading (of course!), being out in nature, genealogy (I would love to one day be able to trace my history to its roots), and hiking with my dogs on the farm (sometimes the cats follow on the hikes if I don't bring the dogs).
