Hi Lisa!
Yes, it is rather confusing at first on this site, but trust me as one non-computer savvy person to another when I say that it gets easier :) The best thing I've found is to just explore and see what you find or ask one of the wonderfully helpful people around here to show you the way.
If you have any questions or just want to chat, let me know! I love hearing from newbies and (hopefully) can answer some questions you might have.
