Perhaps it was too ambitious a goal, given the scope of the topic I'm trying to cover in my article (three different ideologies in school education) - to say I'd have it done and submitted this week.

BUT - I have made a start. I've got my 'hook' and a couple of paragraphs. I've read and re-read and re-re-read my notes, so that ideas are sloshing around in my head.

So, while I am not exhilarated, I'm not disappointed with my accomplishment either.
