A month-long novel-planning challenge with prizes galore. |
I like all of the above. It stems from a sense of being inadaquate. Something lacking in his life and he needs to fill it. Money is a easy fix for some people. Some fill the hole with friends or doing-Great Gatsby. It isn't always a lack of a physical object(s) its the feeling of not having enough. It could be love, physical touch (he's always buying women to hold him) or the feeling he was always left behind. He will never be behind again. He will be the one who can afford to walk away. If making money comes easy for him, he could feel guilty. He needs to make more to give to charitys to asuage that guilty feeling. On the other hand, it could be he loves the adoration. He loves the feeling he gets when people appreciate what he's done. Look at Secret Millionaire. At the end when these people give their $ gifts there is a high you get from helping people. What if he were addicted to that high? Just opposite is why does he need that? There is something lacking in his life, a hole that needs to be filled. Tina Weaver ** Image ID #1634119 Unavailable ** |
