In regards to new members

I can't remember all the info newbies get once they join but I'm kind of wondering whose help they get at the beginning. Most of the new members I've met have a lot of questions about how the site works because of its sheer size. Even though there are forums for questions and things like that and they do get answers, what if they also received a list of volunteers who'd always be willing to help them out with things? It would give them more one on one time and an easier way to communicate.

I know it could create a lot of emails for the existing members but it might mean a lot to a newbie.

Just my two cents early in the morning. *Bigsmile*
