Lovely! Funny little character quirks are the best, and surprisingly important. It's amazing what a difference a little "habit" makes in making a character come to life. This was a great reminder for me. It's something I often forget.
Bonus points if you give your character a quirk that is representative in some way of something much deeper in their character, such as a fault, an obsession, a defining virtue... (in the list, the first quirk was "rolling a coin across the character's knuckles" - the first question we might ask is, is that character greedy? But is there something deeper? Does the coin in question hold some special significance?)
