Days 19, 20 done
Drawing the setting was annoying but I got through it.

But for describing the setting, I might have cheated a little because instead of one monologuing description, I wrote a dialogue between two characters in the setting. That was more fun. Dunno if that'll work for contest round or not. In any case:
