The new prompts for next round are! 1. The work boots sat on the step by the back door. A worn canvas coat hung on a hook above them. A tattered and torn felt hat with a single grouse feather sticking from the band completed the ensemble. 2. In the spring, long before the tulips and daffodils bloom, a small hardly noticed flower makes it’s appearance from beneath the snow. Its magical properties are known throughout the land. 3. Buck watched as the bull elk fed its way along the valley floor. From behind the log he carefully judged the distance. Another 30 yards, he thought, and I can take the shot. From somewhere behind him he heard a twig snap. A low gutteral growl caused the hair on his neck to stand on end. 4. Millie’s life was mundane. Just once she’d like to do something exciting. Little did she know what waited for her outside her door that morning. Get to it! You have until midnight February 26th to enter!! Read my Blog!!!
