Women at the Top

Human touch or woman touch; you may call it by many names, but this is the truth. And there is only one truth. Empowering a woman is empowering a nation is empowering the world. History has proved it. The present is supporting it. And it is destined to be such in the future. The only reality is that woman at the top will bring a new vision to this world.

Woman does not manage, she leads. Woman understands. She knows what is right. She supports, she collaborates, she participates and she delegates impressively. The feminine presence goes beyond the limit to help human beings to grow and to develop.

No! The world is not at her feet. She carries the world. She carries the world, with love, respect, care and dignity. She carries and gives life. What else can be more important? The essence and the reason of her existence is that she knows, understands and respects the relationships she shares with the Universe. She is intrinsically and extrinsically linked with the law of nature.

The heroic side in a woman is that she stands steadily on her feet whenever she undertakes anything, be it at home, in the society or in the world. She transcends her inner force, her energy to soar human beings, to make them realize their potential and to face the world consciously. ‘Women are the survival kit of the human race’ because woman thinks and works with both the mind and the heart.

In spite of enormous negotiations, increasing political and social organizations, poverty, famine, diseases, wars are still ravaging the world; human beings are still being dominantly tortured and massacred. WHY? It is simply because we are going against the law of nature. Woman is the ‘Adhargini’ the other half of man. THIS IS THE LAW OF NATURE. Give woman her place. Give woman her rights. Give woman the opportunity to show her worth in this world of ours.

To save this unpredictable world of ours, we must focus on change. Give woman her due to enable her to save this world. With her natural deep sense of involvement, integrity and high commitment, woman will beyond doubt be our Saviour! This is change and this is the new era.
